5. Non-Deletion Policy

• Evaluation content and user reviews are not deleted upon request. This ensures that information remains impartial and unaltered to benefit all stakeholders.
• Requests for removal of content will not be entertained unless verifiable evidence of factual inaccuracy or policy violation is provided.

6. Reporting Inaccuracies

While content is retained, we are committed to accuracy and fairness. If a reviewed business identifies errors in our evaluation or disputes user-generated content, they may report it to our team.
