  • There are no free revisions unless I make a mistake. All of my videos are consistent, so please take a look and let me know any adjustments you'd like to make (there will be a spot where you submit your order). Requests made after the video is delivered will be subject to an entire order fee.

  • No, sorry I no longer offer returns. All products will be kept on hand for a minimum of 1 week after filming concludes, therefore, if you plan on needing me to create additional videos in the future, please let me know as sometimes I gift these to friends/family as I get numerous items weekly.

  • B-roll shots will be close-ups of your products (or close-ups of your products being demo'd) filmed in a cinematographic style. These clips play over the original video as I talk.

  • I will unbox the product on a table with proper lighting and no background noise
