Brands if not satisfied with the Expert services can anytime cancel the order by making mutual consent with the expert. To cancel the order Brand need to visit the Order page from Ongoing Projects or Ongoing Services, and select Cancel and Update.

Any potential confusion or delays can be prevented using Milestones—Milestone deliveries are always approved by you before the expert moves onto the next Milestone.

Instead of asking you to clarify project details, it’s already clear to your expert using Milestones. In this way, you can limit the (oftentimes unnecessary) inbox dialogue between you and your expert.

Use this option for complex projects—and approve each project step. Get custom offers from experts that include Milestones. You’ll be notified with an Inbox message when you receive a custom offer. 

FAQ

  1. When should I use Milestones?
    We recommend using Milestones for bigger projects to allow for more flexibility in the smaller steps. Milestones offer you a reduced risk, and these per-task payments also give experts the incentive to keep up the good work.

  2. When will I be charged?
    You’ll be charged for the first Milestone when you place an order. Once you approve a Milestone and initiate the next one, the associated payment will be made.

  3. How can I cancel a Milestones order?
    A Milestone within an order, or the whole order, can be canceled through Customer Support, for valid reasons.

  4. I don’t see Milestones as an option on my expert’s Service page, what do I do?
    As of now only Brands have the option to create Milestones. In such case you must Post a new request with milestones and send it to your expert. After the Expert approves the project, you will have the option to create Milestones.

Important! Cancellations should always be considered a last resort.
Cancelling orders can negatively affect the brand experience, as well as, a expert’s valuable time and potential income. 

Brands have the option to open disputes against the expert under the following circumstaces:

  1. When the order is cancelled by the expert
  2. When the expert does not respond
  3. When the delivery made by the expert is not as described on the service page

Brands cannot open disputes for orders that are marked as delivered. While opening a dispute, brand must clearly mention the reason for it and attach clear documents to verify their statements. Our team will review both sides and will give the verdict.

Admin can make group to resolve the issue between the expert and brand. In any case, where both the parties do not come on one point, Btech Marketing Wala holds the right to take decision based on the situation. This decision will be considered full and final.

Once the order is marked as completed by the brand, it is considered that the brand is satisfied by the service and has also checked the delivery properly. In case where brand found some copyright, trademark or any fault with the delivery after the order is marked as delivered, brand has an option to raise a complaint for a maximum of 10 days after delivery.

In that case Brands needs to directly contact the customer support from the message option on the dashboard or from Help & Support tab on Dashboard.

For Experts

There must be a mutual consent between both Expert and Brand to cancel the order. Expert needs to ask the Brand to cancel the order. If Brand does not respond or not cancel the order, then Expert can raise the complaint from Disputes button available on the Dashboard sidebar.

Experts have the option to open disputes against the brand under the following 2 circumstaces:

  1. When the order is ongoing
  2. When the order is cancelled by the brand without mutual consent

Experts payments are kept on hold for 14 days once the order is marked as delivered. For e.g. an order is marked as delivered on 1st Jan, then the payment can be withdrawn after 15th Jan. Although expert has an option to withdraw the balance between 1st Jan to 14th Jan also, but it will only reflect on 15th Jan in their account.
